Belt Modifications: There are various modifications that can be made to a conveyor belt to make it more efficient. Some of these modifications are:

Cleats Cleats are partitions installed on a conveyor belt. These partitions are used to separate the material being handled into smaller amounts. This process of refabrication uses small rubber pieces that are made to measure, and are then mounted with cement and/or bolts to the conveyor belt.

V-Guides V-Guides are installed on the underside of the belt. They are usually cemented and/or bolted to the underside. It's function is to help track the belt movement. To prevent it from shifting off the conveyor system.

Side Flanges Side Flanges are used to keep certain types of material from spilling out on the sides. Side flanges can be cemented and/or bolted to most heavy industrial conveyor belts.

Hole Punching All Belts can be hole punched for elevator buckets or vacuum applications.
